Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

way too expensive
rip off, i will never buy a copier scanner again that uses these cartridges

Did not last
The order was processed quickly, the item arrived quickly but the toner in the cartridge run out 100 times quicker. I only printed out a couple of pages with just a text, no pictures and even the text was very short and now the machine shows that both cartridges are almost half empty. Looks like it was a refurbished product, not brand new. Very frustrating
