Is it the printer or the ink?

Good service
Sent promptly. My only negative is I was given a receipt date. Then an email saying the package was delayed a day. Later I received another email stating that is was indeed to be delivered that date. Confusing. The small package was placed in a large box with a lot of packing. Seems a waste. Overall I am pleased with the service.
