Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Didn't want the three pack
Staples seems to be trying to force us to order, rather than stocking things in the store. I needed one cartridge, but they did not have it. The cartridges are fine - Staples' marketing practices are not.

Low MPGs
Whether I use this ink or not, it runs out really quickly. Just like an old car, the “gas mileage” of these printers is very low.
