Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

low ink
There isn't much ink in the cartridge, runs out very fast kind of tired of paying for a tiny bit of ink.

The quality of the ink is very good. The problem is the the volume of the ink fluid is very limited. The cost of the cartridge is not economical. Although the printer itself was economically priced but the manufacturer purposely over charging the price of the Ink to maximize their profit. My cartridge runs out of ink after printing 50 standard 8.5 x 11 page size. That's...
