Five stars
Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Cyan printer cartridge
This is the second cartridge I've purchased that was defective. I get an error message when I put the new cartridge in. Back to Staples to get a new one!!
