Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

Good ink but…
The quality of the ink is not in question. The price and page yield are horrible. What makes matters worse is epson recently bricked their printers if you even try to use a third party cartridge. I’ll buy it because I have to but epson needs to boost the yield or lower the price or I’m finished after this order.

Epson rips you off
I buy the XL because my printer wont print if it wants you to replace the cartridge. My ink is NOT even faded nor do I use the color cartridges, but the printer forces me to buy new ones. Such a rip off!!

Yes it lasts a long time
The printer is no longer made. Finding true Epson ink cartridges is becoming rare. The prices have gone up but if you need them get them now. I don't trust brand X rebuilt ink cartridges. I've been through this before and ink cartridges that aren't genuine usually make a mess. I only recommend Epson so get them while available if your printer is working fine.
