Staples has always been for its customers. I have been around for sometime both here in Plymouth and when I lived in Natick and would visit the Route 9 store. Now that I am very much a Senior Citizen the support given to me is comforting and reassuring.

The only ink that works in my Epson printer...

STAPLES Epson Ink Cartridge rip off
I'm insanely furious. The cartridges printed very few pages before requiring replacement. I complained and was sent a replacement cartridge. The mold of the new cartridge did not fit into the printer cartridge well, so is totally useless. The cost of the ink cartridge is ridiculous, I can't spend $70 per week on printer ink.

Love this Printer, (EPSON WF-2630) Ink lasts for a good length of time, Seldom needs head cleaning, asks you if you want to use colors to print black, if the black ink is low, and asks you if you want to continue printing in black, if color runs out. I usually get the 4 pack.
