I received the black cartridge exactly when it was stated; however the magenta order was not timely. I was told it was out for delivery on4/10/25. Never received it. Called late the next day wasn’t there. They reordered & I wouldn’t get it until 4/14/25. It’s not readily available in the Staples stores and it was needed for my work. replacing 3 cartridges
I replaced 3 cartridges easily but now cannot replace the big black cartridge from my last purchase. I cannot print black because the ink is over 6 months old and nothing prints. I wish the directions were easier to follow to remove a partially filled cartridge.

Faulty Cartridges
When the cartridges were put into the printer it could not be read. Then it started to leak out. Cartridges were not able to work.

Never buy toner from staples again.
For years I have recycled my used toner cartridges at Staples. Staples has put unreasonable constraints on recycling. I won’t go there the store again to buy toner and recycle old cartridges. GOODBY STAPLES.

TOO EXPENSIVE and who needs more black ink?
Buy Generic on line. Wish they just sold the colors in a three pack. I have so much black ink I will never use it up. This printer is an ink hog but if you are looking at this review you have already bought it. If not DONT. The yellow is more like the color of mustard than true yellow. I was desperate so I bought it. NOT WORTH IT.
