questionable quality
while I am very happy to order the HCFA 1500 (02-12) form through Staples, the last batch I received was better quality. The current supplier is using thinner paper and the ink is lighter. My printer is not feeding these as accurately and as a result some are coming out with mis-aligned printing. Thus I must re-print and use extra forms. While I'm sure Staples doesn't h...

I had such a hard time ordering the new 02/12 version of the Health Insurance forms for my business. The other online stores require that you purchase 1,000 or more forms! Quill allowed me to buy exactly what I needed and were delivered the very next day.

Came early, which was very helpful!
