I was happy that Staples carried my cord. The customer service was great they did not have the item in the store but an employee quickly assisted me in ordering the item . The only disappointment came in the fact that the item was on back order but it was not too bad. The item arrived about 2 weeks later than expected but it was not a major inconvenience and it worked...

Good quality and much cheaper than others
Needed this power cord for my Epson printer. It worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend it.
