Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

It's supposed to work but doesn't
I ordered the High Yield cartridge because both the HP and Staples websites said it would work in the M201dw. I had trouble getting it to make contact, but even after resolving that problem, all the printer does is give me paper jams in the cartridge area. I haven't been able to print anything with it.

Low Volume Cartridge
Even though HP says this is their "extended" cartridge, it still doesn't last long. We have this in a MFP M225dw and we'll go through 3 to 4 of these for every 1 of the "x" cartridges for our HP Laserjet 4015. We go through A LOT of these cartridges

This really "gets it"!
We have been amazed at how long this cartridge will last. We print material with a lot of graphics and have never been disappointed in the quality, clarity or performance of these cartridges. Best buy for the bucks.

I bought the HP 83x instead of the HP 83A.
I bought the high yield HP 83x instead of the HP 83A for my business. I opened it up and does not fit my printer. I cannot return it because I opened it up. Very disappointed.

We use nothing but HP products with our HP machines. Never had an issue with toner cartridges. I prefer the high yield because it saves us money and it last so much longer.

ALL MY TONER PURCHASE EXPERIENCE HAVE BEEN GOOD FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW. IF A CARTRIDGE IS EVER FAULTY, IT IS REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AND CREDIT ISSUED.
