Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

Longer lasting.
Hoping I get more use of the X cartridge. I was disappointed at how quickly the A cartridge needed replacing.

Not a substitute for HP 83A
When the HP 83X is touted as printing more sheets than the HP 83A, one would think that it is a switch-out, but use caution, as it is NOT. I purchased the HP 83X and it will not fit my printer that uses the HP 83A.
Why would they keep the same number when it is not a direct substitute??
I am out a LOT of money, as I cannot use it and it is non-returnable.

Great Toner
I tried purchasing from Office Depot, but twice received a defective product. Called HP & excellent customer service department had me on the right track in no time. Toner performs as expected with clean, clear printing. Excellent resolution.

Manufacture should denote number of pages as a range
I shouldn't be disappointed, although I am. I've been printing hundreds of double-sided pages with my printer using 83X cartridges. The general information says the cartridge lasts for 2200 pages. Mine haven't been. Of course, after I researched further, factors such as printing double sided copies will decrease the number of pages a cartridge will print. Even thou...

Good quality printing
I shopped several sites to get a good price on this cartridge. Staples price was equivalent to the competition and I had a coupon - bonus!. These cartridges last a long time and the quality of the print is great. No complaints and will reorder this product again.
