Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

Great Company
Easy to load paper and cartridge. One paper jam in 7500 sheets(my fault)

Toner cartridge 83X is great!
HP's product and service has been great. I ordered 2 83X TCs and they were on my doorstep less than 48 hrs later. I cannot ask for any more than that! Great product, service & price!

Questionable ...
This is supposed to be a "high yield" cartridge; however, I don't believe I get any more copies from this cartridge than the regular one. Seems I have to change the cartridge every three to four weeks and I don't believe for a minute I'm getting thousands of copies. I'll get another printer at some point - seems like an expensive printer to maintain.

Lasts a long time
I like the 83x because it lasts longer than the 83A. Although it initially costs more, on a per page basis, it's actually cheaper.

A Good Deal
I have bought the HP "X" cartridges for years. They give you the biggest bang for the buck and print quality is excellent on the black toner. The problem I have is with Staples. HP 83X Black Toner Cartridge
This replaced the identical cartridge that was installed on August 24, 2016. Our volume is not that high to "go through" a cartridge that quickly. I am disappointed since this re-occurring cost is not what I expected!

This 83X toner, which has more than the regular 83 toner was priced less than the in-store 83 toner. So, great price, and I bought two. I was not happy with the packing of the box that they were shipped in, though.
