This was not delivered to the correct location. I am not sure how else to direct them to our unit. There are signs in the hallway as to where to go.

Not a review on product
This is how this was delivered. This is an expensive item... The driver said "the ink is probably still good"... the box was even wet. He said we got it off the truck like that... before I knew it he was gone...I could have refused it but I was in the middle of a patient conversation.

Mismatched product number
I ordered an HP 81A for my printer. The HP 81X High Yield popped up as a suggested add-on. Assuming it was same number (81) I thought it was for my printer model. However it is not and I will have to return it.

I was in a real bind. Printer cartridge ran out a few days short of the final tax return deadline. Next day delivery and product arrived in excellent shape. Does not get any better.

Expensive for a Standard Toner
Staples is great in a time crunch but you pay for it. I normally get the high capacity toner for the same price or lower but they couldn't deliver for a week. Staples saved the day but at a higher cost.

Disappointed
I bought this because my old OfficeJet Pro 8620 had printer head problems. It cost more than the 8620 and does half the things. Was extremely disappointed to find out that it doesn't collate so is almost useless to me for printing. It shows it's connected to internet but then says it's unable to update.
