not delivered
This was not delivered to the correct location. I am not sure how else to direct them to our unit. There are signs in the hallway as to where to go.

Bought as backup cartridge to existing one in use
I bought this cartridge a few weeks ago as inventory backup since I prepare tax returns & can't afford to run out of toner

Good product
I've used this toner for approx 6 years and re-ordered multiple times. No issues. I normally get about 10,000 pages but those pages are not fully populated with text, so if you were to print a full page - I'd estimate about half that. The price is a bit steep. Overall, a good product.

it makes a noise when the tray lifts to feed paper. maybe it's supposed to maybe not. can't print postage on window envelopes it melts the window, otherwise we like it.
