Mismatched product number
I ordered an HP 81A for my printer. The HP 81X High Yield popped up as a suggested add-on. Assuming it was same number (81) I thought it was for my printer model. However, it is not, and I will have to return it.

Mismatched product number
I ordered an HP 81A for my printer. The HP 81X High Yield popped up as a suggested add-on. Assuming it was same number (81) I thought it was for my printer model. However, it is not, and I will have to return it.

I purchased the HP 81X about a month ago and am pleased with the item. Received the item in a timely manner and trust the HP brand. This is not the first time I have used HP brand but having tried others, especially re-manufactured toner

Great Buy for HP81X High Yield
Our Little company with over 13 years in business, does quite a bit of printing and the drum I ordered will help us do that a little bit more, We print book matter for our trainings and our books are typically 175 pages each with 40 participants and we do several classroom like trainings per year. I rely on my printer heavily and getting this HP81X with high print yield...

I was disappointed that this item was not in stock in store, but was very happy with the sales associate that was able to order it for me right in store and it would be delivered next day for free. The price for this item was high, but good quality.
