Not for sitting
The chair is comfortable and looks good out of the box, but within 4 weeks the black pleather started to peel away from the grey backing. It's still comfortable, but it looks awful. I might have expected this from a chair costing half as much, but for the money this is a bit ridiculous. I will not be using this business again. I feel cheated.

My chair is so comfortable, I can sit all day and work and I sleep better now because my back doesn't hurt so much.

Comfortable Chair
Very comfortable chair just to set in. Very easy to sit back unwind and relax in!
Great option to be able to set massage for specific area of body or continual motion. The heat is a added bonus.
Dislike noise that seems to hum downstairs, not loud but noticeable. Over all seems to be a good quality chair for the price. Would recommend

Great back support and massage
This chair has great back support, adjusts by simply leaning back as far as you want, and has multiple choices for your massage. The only difficulty is the connection between the chair and the ottoman. You have to step in from the left side of the chair, or take a chance on tripping over the connection. It was very easy to put together even though the instructions lacked clarity and only had icons on a single page. Very nice looking and very comfortable !
The cord that extends to the ottoman for massage is a bit awkward and you have to be careful when getting in and out. The varity of massage options are really great, but the heat is only on or off.... hot tush...

Comfortable, but no height adjustment
5/5 - Very comfortable, swivels smoothly, reclines nicely. Massage features on full intensity are strong. Overall a very nice chair.

This chair is good looking and very comfortable. The only problem I have is getting my husband out of it. He sits in it and instantly falls asleep. There is so many different settings.
