New chairs
These chairs were easy to assemble, all the parts were there! Good lower back support. I wish the seat would go a bit higher, but I liked them enough to place a second order. Now if Staples could locate my rewards account everything would be great!

Chair with intentional design flaw?
All looks good - except for what looks like a planned obsolesence flaw. The socket that accepts the castir wheel support shaft is held firm by thin radiating plastic walls. In time these will break and the chair will be useless. I have plugged the openings between the plates with a stiff filler. I hope that works.

Great Task Chair!
We were looking for a simple, no-arms, mesh chair for our office. This fit the bill! It is so comfortable and keeps us cooler with the mesh backing. Poorly made chair
Yes inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for. The mesh in the back rest is falling apart only a few days after use. Also, the chair is extremely light weight and can "run away" on solid floors.
