Excellent
Commercial grade beast that is built to last. Only downsides are: it's a bit fiddley getting dialed in with desired settings; is very LOUD; and finally if feeder trays are not properly aligned...you're gonna have a bad time. However once you get it set up (fold type dimensions etc.) ...it just get's the job done. Saves hours of time.

Only Lasted 5 Months
I bought this paper folder for my team at work. We fold probably 100-200 pieces of paper a day. At first it worked SO well. However after only 5 months it is now essentially unfunctional. It can only fold one piece of paper at a time and needs turned off and turned back on before it will fold another piece. Ironically it's now nothing more than a paperweight.

Extremely Helpful
This machine was purchased to fold statements for a small family owned business. We send about 600 statements a month and it saves us a lot of time. We are now on our second Formaz FD 300. The first one lasted about 5 years. The only drawback is that its really loud.

It's loud ..but it works well for our needs. Easy set up...folds paper quickly ..no jams so far.

Paper folder machine
Instructions were clear and easy to follow in setting up machine. Need to determine correct fold for each item and set measurements. Hopefully this will save manual labor and time.

Letter folding machine
Does exactly what it's supposed to do - fold letters. I do reccomend wearing ear protection when using machine is VERY LOUD.

Needed Phone Support
The machine showed in a timely manner but was our first (really only) machine in our office so we needed help setting it up. We spoke with Bill from Formax who gave us some help and WAITED ON THE PHONE while we adjusted and ran the machine. all is good now. Nice friendly knowledgeable support!

Nice little folder and helpful phone support
Bought the folder for our school letters and bulletins each week. Machine was easy to set up and worked like a charm. Had a little trouble getting the fold I needed but called Formax and they helped me over the phone real easily. Great little machine for tedious copy paper folding.

Would not recommend
I wish I could give this 0 stars. Our office purchased this item in May. We've only used it a handful of times and every time we do it jams. When it jams it is not an easy fix. After having it for 3 months it seems it has officially broke. We are now past our return date so we are hoping to have some luck contacting the company but after reading a few of the ...

Does Not Work / Formax Poor Customer Service
Purchased from Staples throughly read instructions starting jamming immediately contacted FORMAX several attempts were tried to trouble shoot over the phone but it did not work and they said yeah "WE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMs WITH THE FD300" and declared it defective. Awesome little folder for the price
I've had no problems with this machine from day 1. Great for folding my office letters & invoices after doing it by hand for years. Big time saver.

Worked great out of the box ...
Worked great for us on day 1 out of the box. We did have one minor hiccup with it 3 weeks after we got it but we talked to Formax and got a brand new unit within a 3 days. No such problems like the others have mentioned. Telling my church group to get one for church bulletins.

Very happy with the FD300
Bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far it's great. Easy to set up out of the box and folded a few hundred sheets in minutes that used to take me hours to do.
