Back cover provides no support

I really like the graph ruled notebooks for taking notes during the work day. They are great for mini diagrams and notes.
I was very impressed with the man at Staples who was so incredibly helpful when they did not have them in the store. He walked me through the ordering process and could not have been easier to work with. Good people and good products.
