Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Tru RedCopy Paper
We have been using this paper since the beginning of the year. Lately, it has been curved when it comes out and creates a lot of paper jams. Our IT specialist for our printers advised against using this paper, as it is too thin and causes paper jams.

The paper was not in the regular paper box, it was in a Fed Ex box and all packages was opened on the ends. This entire order has been a shipping nightmare. I am still waiting on the Hand sanitizer and white out. When it came one of the bottles has a hole in it and it had leaked on everything. Just what I needed
I remember at the dawn of the computer age they promised us a paperless society by now. Unfortunately that is as untrue as flying cars. If you know you need a larger quanity of paper the Tru Red full case fits the bill. The entire case of 10 reams is priced to make it easy to print our all the copies you need without sacrificing your budget.

Paper cut too large!
We order about 5-6 boxes of this paper every 2 weeks. Recently, it's been getting stuck in the printers more and more. It also measured at 8.75" instead of 8.5" which is a big difference in a printer.

Paper Quality Check
A ream of paper in the box had cut in half pages through out the stack. It messed up our large amounts of printing and ended up wasting so much paper and ink. ):

Wrinkled Paper
I am extremely disappointed with this batch of paper because it is all wrinkled. I thought it was my printer that was causing the wrinkles but it's coming that way straight out of the box.
