Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Poor paper Quality
I have been buying this paper for while now, but the paper quality has gone down majorly. The last order of paper isn't as clear, has smudges and tiny fibers that are picked up by the scanner.
And it all differs from ream to the other, it's a hit and miss.

Thickness of Paper
We have ordered this product 75 times. While the description has not changed, the thickness of the paper has change. The paper in our last two orders (February and May 2025) is poor quality/very thin paper compared to boxes ordered in the past.
