Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Bad Quality
This paper prints wrinkly and cheap. It feels really thin and the printouts looks of low quality. The worse part was there were tiny holes after my documents printed out. Unfortunately, I had to return as this paper would not meet the expectations for the work I do.

Tru RedCopy Paper
We have been using this paper since the beginning of the year. Lately, it has been curved when it comes out and creates a lot of paper jams. Our IT specialist for our printers advised against using this paper, as it is too thin and causes paper jams.
