Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Not the quality I'm used to
This paper used to be good, but the last few times I've ordered it there has been a significant drop in quality. Paper is thin and wrinkly. I need to find something else.

ORDER = NO SHOW & RESOLUTION = STORE PICK UP
My order of 3 cases or copy paper was delivered somewhere other than my address. The resolution I received was instructions on how to pick up from store... IT'S 3 CASES OF COPY PAPER!!!!! I NEED IT DELIVERED.
