Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

This is the second time in the last month or so that I have had to find my ream of paper in this huge church because my order of paper has not had my name on the box or even any labeling. I found it, but I'm going to start purchasing from a different supplier.

COPY PAPER - GREAT PRICE
The Tru Red paper always copies well and in a variety of printers. I donated most of the paper to the elementary school my granddaughter attends. They have a tight budget and were running out of paper.

Bad quality
I've been ordering this copy paper for a long time and the last shipment the paper is a bad quality and nothing prints nice, it looks awful. Would not get for anything but low quality printing.

Delivery issue plus quality problem
Staples advertises delivery to door. Stopped doing that in last 3 deliveries. Left with concierge
