This item was not delivered on the day of the rest of our order. The delivery person forgot the invoice and told front desk she would be back with invoice when she returned with paper. She has not returned and it's been over a week.

Great product delivery driver had an issue.
Products are perfect. Items were delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully my neighbor 2 streets away brought it to my house.

I thought True Red was the color of the paper but it was the brand name. I kept the paper because it was a good deal and I still could use them in my printer.

The delivery guy dropped the package in the wrong
The delivery guy dropped this item in the middle of parking lot in front of other homeless people watching and then left...If it wasn't for the custodian noticing this early we would have got robbed. We ordered this many times over 14 years on staples and this will be the last time we purchase.

sometimes good / sometimes not so good
Have ordered this for the last couple of years. Occasionally reams contain paper that is not consistent size wise. In the same ream some of the paper is 8.5 X 11 and others are 8.25 X 11. The copier still works with the different sizes but if you have small margins things print really close to the edge.

Very well packaged
I'm used to receiving (from other places) paper where the wrapping is about to fall off damaging the paper inside. This is nice and protective.

Item not received
For the 2nd time part of my shipment was marked delivered but not actually delivered. Both times the cases of paper I ordered have gone missing. This is not acceptable.
