Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

The cashier couldn't have cared less about helping me. After talking about nothing with the Amazon return person, she ignored me standing in front of her. After I told her I had rewards, she charged me the whole price.

Quality matches price
This is truly "budget" paper, but it feeds through the printer and is fine for my purposes even though it is thinner and not as bright white as the more costly kinds. If you do not need to impress people with your 'printed products', this is a good deal.
