Good solid chair with ample lumbar support. We have a few of these in our office and they have held up to daily use and abuse.

Seat foam compresses in no time
After 3 weeks the foam in the seat compressed to the point it provided no padding. I'm not that heavy! Now beyond the 14 day return window, chair is in the trash.

Avoid this chair.
The chair itself is probably fine. Apparently, Staples sells four versions of this chair, each with slightly different parts and directions. The chair I ordered was missing a part. I reached out to customer service, who are fabulous by the way. They sent me the entire package of parts, not just the one screw that was missing. It also came with new directions. The pictur...

Sturdy, strong support
I was looking for a chair that supported my back. After trying cheap and expensive chairs I sat on this one in the store while I was waiting. It felt perfect for my stature so I ordered it that day. Delivery was the next day! My only complaint was that it wasn't easy to put together. It's a 2-person job. Be cautious of "easy to assemble" text.

I replaced an old armless, draftsman type (but good condition) office chair. The fake leather always made my butt sweat from sitting. I purchased this and it is HUGE! False advertising
Unfortunately the picture with the dimensions of the chair is not correct. It says the arm width can be adjusted down to 17.7". This is not true. The narrowest the arms can get is about 19.6". This is a significant difference in a key ergonomic measurement. I will be returning this right away.
