Ninja professional blender
I am completely in love with the Ninja blender! It's without a doubt the most fantastic blender I've ever owned. It's unbelievably powerful, so easy to use, and a total breeze to clean. Every morning, I eagerly await making a delicious smoothie with it.

Great Blender, Expensive Replacement Parts
I bought this blender as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend back in December 2018.
Overall, it was a great blender which worked really well and still works perfectly today. Unfortunately, last week out of the blue my 72oz pitcher cracked. I didn’t wash it and I didn’t drop it, simply set it down only to notice a huge crack out of the blue which wasn’t there before.

Ninja professional blender

Nice & Smooth Blend
I purchased this blended as a upgrade from what I previously had and I am not disappointed in my decision. The blender has 3 blades which I wasn't aware of one at the top, middle and bottom. it blends so smooth and isn't really loud. I would definitely recommend.

Love, love, love! Expensive,
Love, love, love! Expensive, but worth every penny! Blends in seconds, even frozen fruit and ice. We use our every day for smoothies and acai bowls.

Pitcher cracks after few months - cheap garbage
Lasted 6 months and pitcher cracked as other reviews mentioned.
Cheap cheap useless product.
Warranty is a year - so spent an hour on email and phone and they THEN tell you it doesn't cover "normal wear and tear which is using the pitcher once a month apparently!
Spend a but more and get a product that lasts
Oh an a replacement pitcher is the same price as the new ...

Water inside pitcher handler after first wash
Water got inside the pitcher handler after the first wash, recommendations are to unscrew the bottom, pop up handler cover.....what? all of that? blender going back to Costco

Overall pretty impressed with the Ninja professional Blender 1000. Recently moved in to a new apartment so I’ve spent the last few months trying out a bunch of appliances and It’s safe to say Ninja is my new favorite.

High power blender that works good until it doesnt
I received this blender as wedding gift two years ago and have used it about a dozen times since. It worked really well and made smooth soups and salad dressings. I was really impressed with how well it blended everything. My perception of the ninja product before I got was that it is a high powered machine that would be comparable or even better than my food processor....

Great until it smoked us out
I got this blender a few days ago. Used it 3 times. While making a berry and cream smoothie, I smelled burning plastic. That awful smell filled the whole house. When I poured the smoothie, it tasted like burnt plastic. During cleaning, the black plastic piece fell off the bottom. It’s a gear that is spun by the base. Lots of power but container cracked!
I use this blender 1-2 times/month, and I like the power. I do not crush frozen items.
However, the bottom developed a crack and now leaks a bit when I use it.
Suggest that Ninja make the pitcher out of glass.

We got this blender as a wedding gift and this thing is amazing! It works super well and blends basically anything. The blades are super sharp and the settings offered are perfect for your basic smoothies or blender needs!

Since buying this blender 3 pitchers have cracked.
Before you consider buying this blender check out the number of reviews that mention the pitcher/container cracking. Some of these reviews go back years so this is not a new development for Ninja so why hasn't this problem been fixed?

Started cracking after 2 months
Finally caved and bought a Ninja product... and am very disappointed at this waste of money. The bottom and sides have started cracking and I've only had this for a couple months. Just a matter of time before it starts leaking. Also blends poorly. Would not recommend.

I’m in love with my new blender. It chips through ice with ease and mixes at a consistent pace that gets all the pieces included so there’s no huge chunks. It’s super easy to take apart to clean, and bonus points for not being crazy loud. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it wasn’t super expensive either! Definitely worth every dollar spent on it.

Cracked and useless
We have had this unit for less than a year. It made great hummus and smoothies while it lasted. Loved the way the double blades handled the thick hummus without having to add too much water. I just went to use it and it has a giant crack across the bottom of the pitcher. $65 to replace the plastic pitcher? I don't think so! I'll purchase a more durable product inste...

In love with this pro blender! My uncle had one in his house and it has always been In my must haves when I get my first place. I finally purchased it last month and I couldn’t be happier! Great blender! My parents have the Vitamix which is a couple hundred dollars and I think this Ninja one works almost as well as that and it's so much cheaper! Great for blending just about anything and it lock's in your blender when it is turned on. Easy to remove the blades and clean. Great price for a seriously quality blender.
