Good Ink
I only consider the xl cartridges. I want to extend my replacement time as long as possible. Never had a problem with a HP cartridge.

There is no reason an ink cartridge should cost this much. Ridiculous!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Great quality ink, but wow, the price literally increased by $100. I only buy HP Genuine Ink, but it is getting extremely hard to afford HP 971XL at current prices. Please please do something about these ridiculously overpriced ink cartridges!

HP cyan High Yield Ink Cartrige was in good shape
The ink is great, there was a problem with the shipping. They projected 3 days, and it took 9 days to get to my office. So, I was grateful for free shipping, but the delay cost me as I had to go pay for copies to get them out by deadline. They reported daily about not being able to ship it that day. So, order ahead of time if possible.

PRINT ISSUES
I got a full cartridge set of colors, first time trying the XL option. The print quality was inconsistent and sometimes very poor. In just a week of using it the printer starting to display an error message that there was a problem with the printer or ink system. Can't help thinking the issue is related to using the new XL cartridges... Need to shop for a new printer an...
