Worked for a short time
I purchased this shredder about 2 years ago. Paper got stuck in the shredder and NEVER came out despite efforts even to pick the paper out. The shredder was rendered unusable within 3 months (maybe three uses). I continue to use the bottom as a trash can. A very expensive trash can.

Will NOT shred 10 sheets
This is not a high functioning shredder. This can maybe shred 4-5

I should have listened to the other bad reviews
I don't write reviews very often but this is the WORST shredder I've ever used. Or tried to use should I say... Of course set up was easy - just plug it in. That's where the fun stopped. Got 3 pages (3 PAGES!) in and it stopped working. I mean 3 separate pages not clumped together either. I tried to pull out the "clog" with needle nose pliers and after 15 minute...

Infoguard 10 sheet shredder
I have had it now for almost 2 weeks and it works well. Love the fact that it has a pull out drawer.

Limited Lifetime
This shredder only has a limited lifetime before the gears wear out it does a fine job of shredding though. Once it starts to struggle with 4 or 5 sheets it's on its last legs.

No lubricaing sheets were in the box . Stopped feeding paper after the first half hour of operation . Please advise what can be done. Thanks

This was a replacement for the one I bought in Feb and only lasted 2 months before sensor went and it wouldn’t shread hope this one lasts longer

POOR PRODUCT
used for 4 days and suddenly will not turn on. no jams. used different power outlets. no power.
