I love this shredder! Most shredders I’ve purchased never lasted o poi day the day I purchased it, but I love the quality and convenience of this shredder!! I would definitely recommend this shredder to help you declutter and properly shred important sensitive documents!!

WOULD NEVER BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN
It says it can do 10 pages but it struggles to do 6 regular sheets of paper at once. after a few minutes of shredding it overheats. DON'T BUY THIS SHREDDER!!

Worked for a short time
I purchased this shredder about 2 years ago. Paper got stuck in the shredder and NEVER came out despite efforts even to pick the paper out. The shredder was rendered unusable within 3 months (maybe three uses). I continue to use the bottom as a trash can. A very expensive trash can.

I should have listened to the other bad reviews
I don't write reviews very often but this is the WORST shredder I've ever used. Or tried to use should I say... Of course set up was easy - just plug it in. That's where the fun stopped. Got 3 pages (3 PAGES!) in and it stopped working. I mean, 3 separate pages, not clumped together either. I tried to pull out the "clog" with needle nose pliers and after 15 minute...

Limited Lifetime
This shredder only has a limited lifetime before the gears wear out, it does a fine job of shredding though.
Once it starts to struggle with 4 or 5 sheets it's on its last legs.

This was a replacement for the one I bought in Feb and only lasted 2 months before sensor went and it wouldn’t shread hope this one lasts longer

Infoguard 10 sheet cross cut High-Security
It was great using the very first time and easy to know how after reading all the instructions. A good size and works just where I wanted to put something, like a shredder to use as I sit at my desk. I think a co worker or friends would be very happy with the same machine.
