Not a quality product
We bought (3) of these chairs. Already returned one. We will return the other two. They all have defects including the back separating, and holes in the upholstery. The back in not adjustable at all. I would not recommend this purchase.

Nice chair untill you sit in it
This is a very nice chair. I wanted to keep it but....when you sit in it the seat height compresses about an inch and a half. Maybe not a big deal to some but the stated seat height cannot be achieved with this issue. My service desk is tall and I look like a little kid talking to customers.
