Great item an actually works!
Just remember to release the phone do not pull but rather slide off which will not pull out the base. Once you get the hang of removing it is a nice addition and gives fast access and good almost eye level sight to your phone!

Great car product
I think that by having your phone attached to the vent, the driver can easily see it at the correct level and it makes driving safer. This avoids the driver from getting distracted as s/he looks for phone in car. Easy to install and easy to use. Great for map quest.

Thee Best Car Cell Phone Holder Ever!

Not strong enough
Bought it, went to car, followed instructions. Put phone up to it, phone did a slow slide right off the mount. Tried three times, same result. Boxed it all up, took back inside, got my refund for this product.

Worse purchase of my life.
I bought a chrome book and a kindle fire 8. Neither worked. I had the receipts and was within the
time limit to return. I hadn't kept the original container for the kindle so the manager wouldn't either
take it back or recycle it. I think that Staples must be selling rejected products. I will warn all of my friends.
