Have used it for years.
I use them for certificates in our church. They are the perfect cardstock paper, looks fancy even if I only use black ink. The foil edging makes it stand out.

Color
These are definitely not white, unless the original packaging was wrong. They are a blue marble design paper but still with the silver design. I picked these up in the store last year and it was a very nice plain white paper. Even the picture on the package shows it as a plain white paper.

Nice professional appearance and paper quality
The certificates are a great way to acknowledge peers and employees with a more professional look than other certificates. Thickness of paper is also very nice.
