ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
Easy construction was great. Basket move both directions nothing to hold it in place. Tips over when weight is added. A TERRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED.

A great product
This file cart is very useful especially when you don't have enough file space. It easily fits under a desk & has wheels so it can be moved around.

Very tippy
Because you have to pull the drawers out the top drawer pulled out will cause it to tip. Be careful. It's well made other than that.

Safco Onyx Mesh file cart
The nuts are pretty cheap - plastic and tops pop off before completely tightened.No stops are supplied so the baskets just roll out either way and no way to stop that from happening.

Not really worth the money
The cart is not sturdy at all and it's difficult to pull the drawer out without it tipping over. I wouldn't buy it again and am looking for something else. I really wish I'd gone with the other negative reviews before I ordered it.

My wife is the music/choir director for our church and works on plans at home. She wanted mobile files that she could move to and from the piano to the computer and printer then to the closet for storage all with relative ease. This file cart has worked very well for her purpose.

Looks good but has problems
Very attractive but has a problem. Drawers and files doe not slide smoothly but catch on metal. Had to oil the appropriate places. Very disappointed. Wouldn't buy again but didn't send it back. Would have been too much trouble. My advice: Keep a can of oil nearby.

Safco Onyx 5212 Mesh File Cart
I love this file cart! It is so easy to put together and is very sturdy. With some of the other carts similar to this one the file drawers do not pull out making it very difficult to reach the bottom files. Product is fine if it came with all the
1 of the 2 units I ordered came without hardware to assemble the unit. It took 4 weeks to resolve the issue. The easy fix would have been to send me a hardware packette. I finally got my sales rep involved and she shipped me a new one.

Very Good Portable File Cart
This unit meets our needs very well. Its rolls smoothly sturdy metal construction. One small drawback is if there are file tabs that stick up above the folder they can get caught on the rack or drawer above when sliding a drawer open or closed.

Horrible Waste of Money
What a waste of my time putting together and then having to return to store. I can not believe that Staples would sale such a cheap unusable low quality product.
