Extremely Organizational
I purchased 3 different kinds and found this to be the most organizational. Sturdy construction and easy to assemble. Very easy to see files and the tabs are just right for the hanging file folders. The center spacing is a little far apart in the center but I have found it nice to put my heavy reference book in that spot. I can roll this anywhere quickly. If there is on...

Not actually mobile - wheels broke off
Once you load this unit up with files, the wheels break. I moved this very cautiously and they still snapped. The wheels are mostly plastic, which is very disappointing. I contacted the company and reported the problem. They shipped me new wheels, but they didn't last very long either. I'll make one more attempt to get new wheels (just for balance purposes), but the uni...

Don't order this if you are using legal sized files
Besides being very difficult to assemble because the instructions were not good, it was not clear at all how to use this for legal sized files. I finally had to call Staples and they had to call someone at Safco who explained what I was doing wrong. But even when I corrected the problem, it still does not hold hanging legal size files well. It looks very nice and professional. Putting it together could have been easier. The bulk of the screws that were sent looked nothing like the instruction illustrations showed. The was the perfect size for what we needed to store files next to a desk for convenience. But it was VERY difficult to assemble. It may have been easier with a power screw driver.
