“Next day delivery” turned into 5 days!
The store did not have this item in stock, and the clerk, which I thing was some sort of manager, told me they did not have the option of ordering it. So I googled it while I was still in the store and found it. I showed it to the store clerk and she seemed surprised, but said she could order it and have it sent free next day delivery. It ended up taking almost a week. ...
