I'm not sure what you are asking about.
I bought a new Lenovo computer and specifically asked that McAfee virus protection NOT be put on it. When I got home I noticed that it WAS on my computer. I removed it and but on my own virus protection. The next day in looking over the mass of paperwork I noticed that I was also charged $109 for it. Mark (the Oakland store mgr.) was EXTREMELY helpful with his advice - getting a new laptop computer. He took his time - explaining EVERYTHING & had my old one 'downloaded' into the new one - in 2 days time & AGAIN Explained & demonstrated it's use. THANKS!!

8 viruses from the 19 thru 22. All while in your h
I had to pay an additional 399.oo a year. Could not use computer until I had this issue fixed. Charging me for McFee garbage that protected nothing.
