returned printer cartridges take a long time.
why does it take weeks and sometimes months for credits for returned printer cartridges to show up in your system? This is the computer age.

Good quality
I'm very pleased with the quality and color selection of these pencils. My only quibble is that the name of the color on each pencil can be difficult to read. Small issue.
