Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

Quill Ink Cartridge
After a couple weeks of usage- the ink started to fade on the printed copies. However, incoming faxes prints were fine. Unfortunately, I don't want to stop using it because for certain jobs- it prints fine: others- not so good. I tried it because it was slightly cheaper. However, I'll probably go back to my previous cartridge.

Best Quality
A couple of times I have tried off brand cartridges' but they proved completely unsatisfactory. After those negative experiences I will only use HP toner

The toner was easy to find. The staples staff helped explain that toner "doesn't go bad" since I wanted to get 2,since that was much cheaper. The toner came with a UPS label so we could mail it and recycle it.
