Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

good product but I had to buy a 2 pack
I always keep a backup when my cartridge runs out. all the new ken staples store had was a 2 pack. I know good for you you sold 2. but it's a popular cartridge and all you had were 2 packs. now I am storing it for a year and 1/2 that is my only complaint

Awesome toner cartridge!
Your title sells your product short: There is nothing standard about the yield i have been getting from this cartridge. Even though I am only on cartridge #1 of 2, I have been printing like a man possessed. I couldn't have done it without this toner and all the wonderful people at HP!!!

Redesigning 83aXL doesn't fit printer anymore
I am very dissatisfied because we have always purchased the XL version of this toner and you have made the XL no longer fit into my printer. Dependable
I purchase HP products every other month for our home based business. We do massive amounts of printing and by using the original HP product I’m able to get extended usage.

Pages per cartridge
Less than 500 pages printed from the 1st of two HP 83A toner cartridge's delivered 9/22/20. The first cartidge was installed 10/1/20 and already has faint printing.
I don't think your Quality Control expects this life span from the product.
If the 2nd cartridge performs the same, I will definitely go elsewhere

Name brand vs quill brand
We tried saving some money by purchasing the Quill brand equivalent for sometime now and the copies were not dark and crisp and cartridges needed to be changed out every time we turned around it seemed.
