Easy to order and received quickly!
It was easy to order my replacement toner and I received it quickly. I like that I can recycle my old cartridges.

very dissappointing
I bought this printer to avoid high priced color inks, this claims 1500 pages, but have not even printed 500 yet and its telling me to replace already. Very disappointing,

I purchase a 83X toner and was told it was the same as 83A but the ends are different. Waste of money to try to use a 83X instead of the 83A

the clerk was wonderful. He learned I was a teacher, asked for my ID and then gave

I ordered this item ahead of time because I knew I would have to replace the cartridge shortly. I did not realize how close I was, but when it arrived the next day after I placed my order, the timing could not have been more perfect.
