So sometimes they slide out of the ear and you have to push them back in.

Disappointed
bought these for sleeping and they provide very little relief. They don't seem to fill my ear cavity especially if they are taken out of ear and reinserted. I had much better luck with the barrel style.

Thank you for your comments and product feedback. Earplug fit is wearer- specific and depends on ear canal size and shape. If one earplug doesn't fit or is uncomfortable to the wearer, we suggest trying another model. For people wearing 3M earplugs for sleeping, we generally recommend soft, disposable foam earplugs such as 3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons earplugs or 3M E-A-R Classic earplugs.
