The opener looks good, so I gave it 5stars for now
I haven't had a chance to use this new opener yet because I don't have any mail lately.
But I'm looking forward to utilize this handsome looking opener just as soon as I get mailings.

poor quality...
It only lasted 2 months then the screw fell out and it got dull. it is not sharp. Horrible quality.

Poor quality
It fell apart (screws holding handle in place) used super glue to put it together, its working so far, but handle is all stained with glue. Not at all happy with it. I find that everything that is made in China is inferior.
