ret'd product - not as expected
While the description didn't say "adhesive" the picture looked like that's how it mounted to the wall. i believe they're magnetic but i can't be certain. Nonetheless they didn't work in my application and were costly so i returned them. Quality product however.

Too expensive
It's decent but way too expensive. If you've got an office budget to burn then get these. If you're on a tight budget maybe go with laminated and magnetic stick on.

The holders work well holding flyers on magnetic boards. However they are very fragile and crack/break when accidentally dropped.
