Terrible Product
I work in manufacturing and all of our inspection reports are scanned in with a barcode label assigned to their order number and saved on a server, Switched out this drum and the quality is so poor that it cannot read a simple 3 of 9 barcode label. Purchase brother brand only.

I am still seeing the line down the right side of all pages that i print. Also, i am still getting a warning to replace the Drum unit.

Drum replacement
Our printer showed that the Drum needed to be replaced, i have replaced the drum and the error message still shows up. our printer now flickers the lights every time we print something.

The drum is refurbished but leaves a black border down the side of each page, UNABLE TO USE HAD TO PUT THE OLD ONE BACK IN.

Not working properly
We bought this a week ago and the computer is already warning us that the drum will need to be changed soon. This is why I don't typically by refurbished items.

Cheaper is not necessarily better.
Printer is not printing on the outside margins of the page with this drum.

Sustainable Earth refurbished
THESE ARE HORRIBLE!!! It seems that the old used ones are just turned around and sent back out! They leave a horrible gray toner film and specks of toner over the whole document!! I DEMAND A REFUND!!! The last 2 have been absolutely worthless in giving me a clean print or copy!!

print quality is poor
print quality is very poor. documents printed are not suitable to be sent to customers or for use. Print quality is very blurred / fuzzy. It has been my experience that remanufactured cartridges are never worth the cost.
