I only want the DAWN ORIGINAL SCENT!
If you don’t keep making the original scent product I will never buy dawn again. Why would you change a perfect thing? I HATE THE NEW SCENT. I can’t find the original Dawn anywhere and I’m starting a social media campaign to protest it.

Give Customers a Choice with the original scent.
I've used Dawn for 20. years. The new scent is awful. It smells like Palmolive or laundry detergent. Please give us a choice and offer a scent free or at least the original scent. If not I will be looking for a new dish soap,

New Dawn scent is awful!
I have used Dawn since it first came out many years ago. The new scent is absolutely awful! Bring back the original scent. I don’t know how anyone thought this scent was better! There was no reason for changing it. Because of the smell I only rated it with one star. I guess I’ll have to find something else to use.

New scent is a problem.
I have used dawn for a very long time. I stopped shortly for fear it would hurt my bird since I was his dishes every day. Once i found out it was safe to use for him, i switched back. Bring back Original Scent
I cannot stand the new "clean" scent! It's sweet and fake smelling. Reminds me of the newer laundry detergent and dryer sheets with the same chemically made sweet scent. Watered Down Trash
Dawn is awful now. They watered it down. The number one ingredient use to be denatured alcohol, and now it is water. Just absolutely trash now.

Awful Smell
Add me to the list of folks who has stopped buying Dawn thanks to the awful new smell. Very chemical smelling, had to rewash my hands numerous times to get it to go away. Please bring back the original original smell.

An insult to my sense of smell
I bought this recently, and after using it twice I will return it because of the fragrance. It smells like cheap, overscented laundry detergent. Too bad, because for years the product was my go-to for liquid cleaners. Now I'll have to find another brand. You blew it, P&G.

Smell is unacceptably horrible
Used to love dawn and used it exclusively. This new scent makes it a solid nope for me (I would give it zero stars because that's how awful it is). It smells like a funeral florist shop puked in my kitchen. So stinky my husband won't do dishes now until I get different soap! I washed my hands with straight white vinegar and they STILL smell like this disgusting soap....

New Scent is Terrible
This new scent is just awful. I didn't know what kind of consumer testing you guys did but it did NOT work. Hate that you changed something that was as close to perfect as could be. This now smells more like laundry detergent than dish soap. Time to change what kind of dish soap I buy.

New Fragrance is Awful
Dawn dish soap is great for cleaning, but the new fragrance is so awful I won't buy it anymore. It smells like cheap flowery perfume. I liked the mild, clean fragrance of original Dawn.
I'm continually amazed that companies take a trusted product and then change it on a whim. It's not an improvement, it's a downgrade. Brand loyalty is a 2 way street, Dawn!

Return to old formula
The new scent is horrible.
I have been a lifelong Dawn user and noticed the change to the new fresh scent over a year ago. I hated it then and can no longer find the original Dawn. We will no longer be purchasing from this company. The scent is too strong and lingers. Definitely not what we want!

Dawn stinks
I hate the new scent. It smells sickening, like Febreze or Gain, just overpowering. I will have to throw out the new bottle I just opened. Please change it back to the original scent!
