Excellent quality and long lasting
I purchased one of these in 2016, and it lasted me for two years. In comparison, the reconditioned ones I purchased may have lasted a year and often caused me numerous problems. While the cost is more for the originals, they are less frustrating and last much longer.I just purchased another one and recommend it.

does not perform as promised
the high yield cartridge consistently gives 6,000 B&W basic type only pages and that's it. Buyers of this printer beware, we have counted pages on the last 4 high yield cartridges purchased and all have performed to 6,000 pgs (+/- 200)

Reduce costs
I don't feel I am getting these 508x (various colors) at the lowest cost possible.
Two different cartridges have failed near the end of their use this month.

Great Product- no report to Purchase Edge Points?
Very happy with this product Only regret is that order through HP store are not reported automatically to our HP Purchase Edge Points like purchase from outside vendors. Why not?

Sure you can save money short term with generic refills, but for long term printer health only buy genuine HP from Staples!
