Excellent quality and long lasting
I purchased one of these in 2016, and it lasted me for two years. In comparison, the reconditioned ones I purchased may have lasted a year and often caused me numerous problems. While the cost is more for the originals, they are less frustrating and last much longer.I just purchased another one and recommend it.

does not perform as promised
the high yield cartridge consistently gives 6,000 B&W basic type only pages and that's it. Buyers of this printer beware, we have counted pages on the last 4 high yield cartridges purchased and all have performed to 6,000 pgs (+/- 200)

Costly but works!
Bought yellow and magenta cartridges. Solved the streaking on my print. So, worked perfectly! I love HP's approach to returning old cartridges in the same box, preprinted label and just drop off at UPS. Very environmentally oriented policy and practice. Thanks HP.

It's toner...it works
Box was easy to open, the cartridge was easy to get out of it's plastic container. My machine accepted the new cartridge with only a brief moment of resistance when putting it in place. Then, I made copies....and it worked! Whew! My only complaint is that it's too expensive no matter where you buy it, but I'll leave my personal views on technology and capitalism out of ...

HP 508A Laserjet Cartridge
Staples Advantage delivery service was amazing as was the ease of ordering on online. Price of these cartridges though are ridiculously high...which is the case wherever they're purchased, so might as well go with Staples!
