Excellent quality and long lasting
I purchased one of these in 2016, and it lasted me for two years. In comparison, the reconditioned ones I purchased may have lasted a year and often caused me numerous problems. While the cost is more for the originals, they are less frustrating and last much longer.I just purchased another one and recommend it.

does not perform as promised
the high yield cartridge consistently gives 6,000 B&W basic type only pages and that's it. Buyers of this printer beware, we have counted pages on the last 4 high yield cartridges purchased and all have performed to 6,000 pgs (+/- 200)

Toner Cartridge
Appreciated the speedy delivery time. I ordered from a competitor over 2 1/2 weeks ago. Still haven't gotten the toner. Ordered on Friday and received it on Monday. Will be ordering again.

Easy cartridge replacement.
Printer cartridges are easy to replace and the discarded cartridge can be returned (dropped off at UPS store) for recycling postage paid by HP.

High Yield Cartridge Is the Way To Go
These HP High Yield Cartridges are definitely the way to go. They last so much longer than the regular cartridges. Also, every time I have done research to compare prices between Staples and HP’s official website, Staples always offers the cartridges for the same price. I really appreciate that.

I love this printer. It's pretty fast,takes all kinds and sizes of paper and envelopes, hasn't had any mechanical problems, lets you print one-sided or two-sided, and the color is great. The toner is, of course, very expensive, but.....well that's the way of all toners these days.

Good Toner for the Price
I had my old toner cartridge for over a year and it gave me good quality prints throughout its lifespan. I would highly recommend use of genuine HP cartridges for maximum benefit of an HP printer.

Can't Go Wrong with HP
You just can't go wrong when you use genuine HP products. The cartridge life always exceeds the copy quantity listed.
